Since February we have been researching and learning about the new developments in cider. The standard pint of draught cider is no more, as demand increases for better quality and a wider variation the market has exploded. To help me decide which ciders we should stock for the summer outside of our standard range, I decided the best way was a few cheeky taste tests.
Although all very different all the ciders we tasted were very good and to help us reach our decision we looked into the cider makers.
This article is an interesting read and highlights the huge range making its way to market.
The outcome of our research was that the choice is no vast we could never develop a range wide enough for every taste, so we have decided to rotate our craft cider range. Our current range are the teams favourites. Come and have a try and let us know your thoughts for our next rotation.
